Shipping & Returns
We process our orders within 48 hours, Monday through Thursday. All orders placed Friday through Sunday will be processed on the following business day. Most of our our orders are shipped UPS Ground. If we find that your order will be delayed we will do our best to inform you of the delay. If a product is not available immediately it will be placed on backorder. Items on backorder will not be charged until your order is ready to ship. This excludes orders paid through Google Checkout and PayPal. Payments that are made through Google Checkout and PayPal are processed immediately. Expedition Offroad Outfitter has no control over the processing speed of Google Checkout or PayPal.
We DO NOT ship international order via US Postal Service (USPS). We have no way to track international orders shipped USPS and thereby confirm delivery.
Any "Special" shipping shipping offers apply only to the United States Lower 48 States only.

All prices are in US Dollars. Shipping charges are not included in the product price (unless otherwise noted). Prices are subject to change without notice.
Utah State Sales Tax:
Utah State Sales Tax will be applied to orders shipped to or billed to a Utah address. This includes all customers from other countries or states who purchase product and have it shipped to a Utah address.
If you require any changes to an order please notify us IMMEDIATELY! We do not accept returns under any circumstances without prior authorization. If you need to return something please contact us so that we may assist you with the return process. We will only allow returns for items that are UNUSED and in NEW CONDITION within 30 days of shipping. We require a 20% restocking fee on ALL returns. There are NO returns after 30 days from the date of receipt. We DO NOT refund freight charges.
If you receive a damaged shipment or defective product please contact us so that we can resolve the issue.
All warranties on product are handled by the products manufacture. Any items in need of warranty resolution should be handled directly through the original manufacture.
